The following documents will be required to process the lease:

• Passport information;
• Driver's license data;

Data can be provided with the application in two ways:

• Through a telegram bot
• Through the website

Upon receipt, you must have the originals of these documents. Without the original documents the car is not available for rent.

The company reserves the right to refuse to provide the vehicle without giving any reason

Speed limits
The speed limits in Argentina are as follows:

• In the city 40 km/h on the streets and 60 km/h on the avenues
• On highways 80 km/h
• On highways 120 km/h.

Be careful - fines are issued for exceeding even a few km/h. Fines are noticeable by their sum.

Obligatory documents
Always have the following documents at hand:

• Your passport or other identity document
• Driver's license
• Car document
• Insurance policy

Requirements

• Traffic in Argentina is right-handed. The use of turn signals is mandatory when making a maneuver.
• Fire extinguisher in the car is obligatory.
• Respect traffic signs.
• The use of dipped or medium beams is required at all times, even during the day.
• The use of the seat belt is mandatory on all seats.
• Do not drink and drive.
• Using phones while driving is prohibited. Only non-contact, hands-free use is allowed. Fines are coming in.

Gas stations usually open in the morning and close at midnight. Some are open 24 hours.
There is an extensive network of gas stations in large cities and along highways.
If you plan to drive on country roads, it is advisable to fill up to a full tank, since there are few gas stations in the countryside.
In Argentina, gasoline is also called "Nafta".

Most of the highways leading to Buenos Aires are toll roads. Tolls can be paid at the checkpoint in cash or with Telepass (all our cars have them pre-installed). Choose the lanes where the automatics read them. In some provinces you will have to pay in cash.

Toll roads are not included in the car rental price by default and are subject to additional charges.

The following parking rules apply in Buenos Aires:

• Two-way avenues: on weekdays between 07:00 and 21:00, it is prohibited to park next to both sidewalks, unless public signs indicate otherwise.
• One-way avenues: On weekdays between 07:00 and 21:00 it is prohibited to park near the left-hand sidewalk. Parking along the right curb is allowed daily for 24 hours unless signs indicate otherwise.
• One-way streets: Parking on the left side of the road is prohibited every day for 24 hours. Although parking is allowed at the right curb every day for 24 hours.
• Two-way streets: Parking is allowed on the right side of the road every day for 24 hours.
• No vehicle may be parked or parked at loading docks or bus stops.
• Parking on the yellow line and on handicapped ramps is prohibited.
• Parking in the bike lane is prohibited.

If you cannot find your vehicle when you return to your parking spot, contact the company.

• Do not stop abruptly. Find a safe place to park.

In the event of an accident, call 911 to contact the police and 106 to call emergency medical services.

In both cases, you will need to provide information from the following documents:

• Identification document
• Driver's license
• Car documents
• Insurance policy
• Lease Agreement

If you have an accident, photograph and videotape your vehicle and the vehicle of the other party(ies) involved, note the other party's information, license plate number, and insurance information.
If your car is obstructing the path of others, move it after all the circumstances of the accident have been recorded.

At the end of your rent, we will ask for information about your automatic fines and we will know seven days if and how many fines were incurred during your rent.

• The monthly rate includes one free car wash. The three-monthly rate includes five.

You should proceed as follows:

• Choose a car wash
• Pay for a comprehensive car wash yourself and be sure to request an invoice (that is). Send us a picture of that bill - we'll reimburse you. But no more than $10 equivalent in pesos per wash.

All of our rental cars have a deposit of at least $1,000. It is a guarantee of fulfillment of obligations under the contract.

After signing the Vehicle Return Act and paying additional expenses (if necessary), the deposit is returned. If the Lessee has not fulfilled its financial obligations, the additional expenses are paid from the deposit.

The return of the deposit is made in 7 days in any way agreed upon with the you.

The rates include mileage of 100 km/day.

Mileage is totaled for the entire rental period (regardless of how much the car traveled in one day). Over mileage is charged additionally at $0.1/km.

If necessary, you can remove the limit on the daily mileage by connecting the option "Unlimited mileage". This option does not work with Subscription.

You can travel by rented car to all provinces of Argentina. It is possible to travel beyond Argentina's borders if you pay for the relevant service in agreement with the us.

You can apply for documents to travel abroad only if you have Precaria or DNI.
